Hi, I’m Nikki!

I am a mindset coach and breathwork facilitator. My first experience with breathwork was in 2020, during a time in my life where I felt like my world was being completely flipped upside down. There were many things going on in my life but for some reason I couldn't seem to truly feel all of the emotions I needed to feel. I felt like I was completely dissociating from my reality and I felt a bit numb.... until I took my first breathwork class.

Breathwork changed everything for me. Not only was I able to feel my emotions, I was able to process them and let them go. Breathwork has been my go-to tool ever since. This practice allows me to process and release emotions, old stories, and traumas that have been keeping me from moving forward. I loved it so much I decided I needed to facilitate this practice for others! I became a certified breathwork facilitator in 2021 and it has been the best decision ever!

I love to facilitate breathwork both 1:1 and in group settings. It is such an honor to be able to teach this tool for others to use and to be able to support people in their healing journey.

If you are looking for a more intimate and personal experience with breathwork, this may be the option for you. If you live within L.A. county, the session can be done in person! An online session is an available option as well.


Breathwork Class (in-person)

For anyone joining from different parts of the world, online classes are a perfect option for you! You can practice this healing tool from the comfort of your own home.

FAQ

  • There are multiple breathwork practics you can utilize to help you with emtional regulation, trauma release, and all around healing. The type of breathwork Nikki facilitates is a 3-part rhythmic holtropic breathwok practce.

    This type of breathwork activates the sypathetic nervous system (SNS) which s responsible for the body’s “fight or flight” response. The activation of the SNS allows for increased focus, lower blood pressure through increased circulation, release of toxins from your blood stream and tissue, enhanced mind- body connection and reduced stress and anxiety.

  • If you experence any of the following, please consult your healhcare provider before you participate:

    • Pregancy

    • Cardiovascular disease

    • Angina

    • History of heart attacks

    • High blood pressure

    • Glaucoma

    • Retinal detachment

    • Osteoporosis

    • Recent injury or surgery

    • Any conditions for which you take regular medications

    • History of panic attacks, psychosis

    • Severe mental illnesses

    • Seizure disorders

    • Family history of aneurisms

    • Coronavirus or flu-like symptoms

  • Every breathwork experience is different! It is important to come to the experience with an open mind, an open heart!

    When you sign up for a breathwork session with Nikki, whether it s a 1:1 session, a breathwork class or a private event, you can expect the upmost support and gentleness throughout the entire process.

    The breathwork practice in itself lasts between 45 minutes to one hour (regardless if it is in a class setting or one on one). Every person's experience is different each time they practice, however, here are some common physical sensations you may feel during the practice:

    • tension around your lips

    • tingling in your body

    • dry mouth

    • tension in your hands

    • electric feeling throughout your body

    • change in body temperature (either hot or cold)

    • involuntary shaking

    None of these sensations should feel painful. If they do, Nikki will be there to support you the entire time.


    Mentally and emotionally you may experience the following:

    • release of emotions/stuck trauma in your body which may look like crying, yawning, giggling, or shaking!

    • connect to higher consciousness

    • breakthrough certain patterns of limiting beliefs

    • Past life visions

    • deep emotional healing

    This type of work helps you deeply connect to your intuition and experience altered levels of consciousness.

  • After breathwork you are encouraged to allow yourself the time you need to rest and relax.

    You may feel a burst of energy immediately after or you may feel a bit fatigued. It is all normal and okay!

    Take time to hydrate, eat nourishing foods, and process/integrate what you experienced during he session. That can look like journaling, meditating, or any practice that feels most aligned to you.

    Nikki wil be there to support you through the days after the session. You will receive an email a few hours post-breathwork with some recovery instructions and an opportunity for extra support.
